  • Download your course completion certificate.

  • Follow the specific instructions in each course for claiming PDUs with PMI.

How do I cancel?

  • We’re sorry to see you go! Please let us know if you are unhappy with our courses, billing, or anything else and we’ll try to make it right.

  • If you still want to cancel, click on your name or picture in the top right of the site header and select My Account.

  • Select the Billing tab.

  • Under Subscriptions, choose Cancel.

  • Your access to course content will stop at the end of the current billing period.
