How do I claim PDUs with PMI?

  • Navigate to PMI's PDU Claim Form

  • Enter Provider: PDU Hero

  • Enter Course: {Enter the course name as written on your course completion certificate}

  • Enter Description: {Enter the description from the course product page}

  • Enter Date Started: {Enter the date you started the course}

  • Enter Date Completed: {Enter the date found on your course completion certificate}

  • Enter URL: {Enter the PDU Hero URL for the course}

  • Enter PDUs Claimed: {Enter the number of PDUs earned based on your course completion certificate. PDU Hero course product pages provide a breakdown of PDUs in relation to the talent triangle.}

  • Be sure your total claimed PDUs match what is on your course certificate

How do I cancel?

  • We’re sorry to see you go! Please let us know if you are unhappy with our courses, billing, or anything else and we’ll try to make it right.

  • If you still want to cancel, click on your name or picture in the top right of the site header and select My Account.

  • Select the Billing tab.

  • Under Subscriptions, choose Cancel.

  • Your access to course content will stop at the end of the current billing period.
